- Unprofessional conduct and bad treatment throughout employment, especially towards foreign employees which are used as cheap labor - Contrary to their name, internally used systems and technologies being archaic - Non-existent values, culture, diversity - Contract-based work, dispatched to company's clients - Horrible compensation packages, less than 30% of the client's compensation paid to the actual employee being the norm (~70% retained by the company) - Illogical pay cuts for some holidays and other internal gathering events - Gaslighting and blackmailing when quitting the company, using the gray zones in the law
