      From a UX standpoint, the company offered a strong learning environment. I was exposed to diverse challenges, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and gained valuable experience that strengthened my design skills

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment meant priorities shifted quickly. Great for learning, but can be challenging if you prefer very structured processes

      Remote working, Good learning curve.

      Cons

      People criticise a lot, Toxic Culture and Toxic People. No work-life balance. No proper hikes. Office politics, no proper policies are followed. HR itself doesn't follow any policies—no empathy for employees.
