While senior executives, including the President and COO, come across as well-intentioned, there appears to be a disconnect between their leadership and the day-to-day realities of the corporate side of the business.

This creates confusion and makes it difficult for employees to succeed or feel confident in their roles. There is also a noticeable lack of transparency and consistency in decision-making. Additionally, the culture can feel divisive at times, rather than collaborative, which impacts morale and team cohesion. Expectations shift frequently, sometimes on a daily basis, leaving employees without clear direction or the tools needed to meet evolving demands.
