Pros
Private Heath, $100 for gym per month. Some super smart team managers with great work ethic (unfortunately reporting to top level management with poor soft skills or poor understanding of how the product really works). Teams below management had good bonds and collaborative focus as well as work life balance.
Cons
Management are not honest with employees and other management about plans. Very American focus, boys club at the top of the management tree. Poor communication top down. Large office in India works independently to the rest of the teams and needs to be micromanaged to get work processed. YuMe struggle to keep up with the times in the EU and so are behind the competition. Closed London office with out real communication across the company. They previously did this with the German office. Management don't learn from their mistakes quickly.
