      > Great Country manager. > Hybrid > Small team so easy to work within small team, and a lot of support from HQ( Jakarta) > Training done in Jakarta with allowance paid . > startup so have a lot of space to grow if you want to.

      Cons

      > small team can make it hard you have to work 2x harder > startup so a lot of figuring out yourself

      1. Nice team, everyone collaborates well, a lot of talented people 2. Good opportunity to grow, performance review 2x per year, good career path 3. Focus on learning and development, a lot of freedom and responsibility to learn on the job 4. Management is very open and transparent

      1. Workload is quite high 2. Targets are sometimes too ambitious
