The team environment is genuinely supportive — from coworkers to admin, everyone has your back. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback. The work is incredibly meaningful and gives you the chance to make a real difference in the lives of youth.

As is often the case in behavioral health, the work can be emotionally intense, which requires a lot of emotional resilience. Burnout is a real risk if you don’t prioritize boundaries and self-care.

Seeing a few of the kids' progress and move out of this place.
