      Medical benefits are excellent. There is an employee investment plan.

      Cons

      Training for required program paperwork was piecemeal and poorly done. Very limited support from management for field workers.

      Pros

      The possibility of different jobs under one umbrella. YDI has employment in child development agencies after school programs and summer programs for school aged kids.

      Cons

      Pay and job dependant on outside funding. Because of the fact that the state and federal government are not providing much funding to social service programs many jobs may be lost.
