      Only you get a chance to get salary for free without any work

      1. Management team is very poor and selfish 2. One has to fight for basic amenities 3. They do not listen (pakka LALA COMPANY) 4. Management does not have time to listen to employees 5. You are skilled and motivated and hhard workling but they don't care 6. They hire and fire easily, sometimes without any hint and for no reason 7. Management has habit of eating away other's credit

      Pros

      The biggest advantage of working here is the exposure you get. Being a start up, you're exposed to various roles as long as you have a desire to learn. Unline huge MNC's, where you get relegated to a particular role, you find flexibility and chances of growing here are much higher. Another favorable factor is the workforce. The entire team at Indian Youth Card is very helpful and approachable. Having a semi-formal environment without strict hierarchy, you can go up to anyone to discuss work and ideas are always welcome.
