Pros
As per the headline, Friday borrels are very good, you enjoy some good time with colleagues with some drinks and bites. Also, the daily environment is very horizontal. Good place for a career starter and to put an experience on your CV.
Cons
Much disorganization or improvisation, has repeatedly led the company into great difficulty, going so far as to have to cut many jobs in several cases. Over time, ownership does not seem to have learned its lesson. Almost no attention to employees' mental health and much "carelessness" or "ignorance" regarding employees' rights.
