      Pros

      I am happy to say Yource is giving good job stability and a nice salary, which is very helpful for me. People here come from many different places, and everyone is very friendly, making me feel welcome. The training has improved my skills a lot.

      Cons

      But, one not-so-good thing is that working hours can be not so regular, so it is a little hard to balance my personal life.

      Pros

      I worked remotley in Bulgaria for one of the projects, as i relocated with my family and we choose to live in a quite and peacefull village, rather than the big city. I am grateful for the support i receive, and i never felt left behind throughout the process, even though i work online from home.

      Cons

      The only thing that bothered me, is that i wish they organized more teambuildings even for the remote agents, so we can get to know eachother in person as well. Overall i am happy with my working experience in YOURCE.
