In 9 years of my professional career, the first time I’ve come across the company which is very clear with its vision and business goals. The company is totally focused on product design so you need to have such skillset and capabilities before you get on the board which I feel is really sensible. The company will truly care about you and your talent and will continuously boost you to go an extra mile for your personal as well as professional growth. However, the company was established a year back but you get to work with the Director who has more than 10 years of experience in the user experience design industry. He has spent time working with the USA, Dubai and UK based startups and digital companies which is an added perk for learning. Pros - To relax the mind and increase productivity, the company arranges occasional trips and frequent outings. - The floor is buzzing with young employees who love to interact and help. - The people here truly respect your views and ideas and if you want to grow your professional skills, it’s the right place.
