Good Training Ground for Starters - General Administrative Assistant Your Remote Assistant Employee Review

Pros

You will be assigned a client immediately after completing your two-week training sessions. The managers are professional, friendly, and helpful. They are very strict about log-out times, which is beneficial as it ensures we won't work without compensation unless a client specifically requests overtime. They will provide you with calling tools, such as Skype, to enable calls to U.S. numbers. They maintain an admin account, allowing users to access it for calls on behalf of clients or as part of client tasks when needed. Additionally, you will have your day off during U.S. Holidays.

Cons

No work, no pay. No health benefits. No paid time off. No bonuses, and no bonus for those with perfect attendance (I haven't had any absences or half-days since I was hired). I'm not sure if a year-end gift is considered a bonus, but that's the only additional thing I've received yearly.

Pros

Some assistants get flexibility in assignments and the chance to gain experience when clients are provided. Those who align with management’s preferences may benefit from internal support and smoother workflows.

Cons

Power-tripping management, unclear client assignments, inactive team leaders, and very low compensation.
