Pros
Your job is secure, but you will be knowing to do same task repeatedly no matter how much time you take. They will never ask you to learn new technology, new things. They are still in 90s in terms of technology, so once you enter into this company no need to worry about job security.
Cons
Not an independent work culture. Salary is very low even security guard earns more than Software engineer. Project managers are like to call themselves 'Sir' instead of their names, no rules of IT company. High level of discrimination with region.
