Pros
- Good work-life balance and management respects that balance - Opportunities to grow and learn. Since the company is high-growth, there are always advancement opportunities if you take advantage of them - Great people around the company with lots of knowledge in Insurance and general corporate business from various industries - Pay is competitive for anyone in corporate, outside of corporate it depends on production of the individual agency but overall compensation will at least be in-line with industry standard.
Cons
- High growth, so a lot of changing policies, software changes, etc. - The direction can shift quickly and frequently, which can feel like there is a lack of direction and frustrates some people
