Flexible work schedule, flexible time off, excellent training
Cons
HR is abysmal at applying due process to the transitions of its employees (firing, resignation, etc). I would not be surprised if YL is served one day with a wrongful termination lawsuit. Great mission and heart overall in the organization, terrible follow-through and adherence to HR standards that are common practice in any major company.
