Young Interventions serves families of children from birth to 3 years old. These services can enhance and improve the child's ability to engage with the world around them and teach the parents the vital skills necessary to support their child's healthy growth. Through continual staff training and education, Young Interventions remains one of the top providers of Early Intervention Services in California.

This is not really a "con," the only suggestion I can offer is for Young Interventions to expand its services to more underserved areas in California. That could make a significant difference for even more children and their families.

Make your own schedule, adjusting week to week or month to month. Strong office support. Great mentoring throughout employment.
