Pros

Flexible approach to work. Inclusive workplace. All levels of management are approachable and you are given a platform to be heard. The company focus is the education & wellbeing of children, I have worked for various companies over the years, and I have never been surrounded by people so passionate & caring.

Cons

No sick pay, which is a standard with a lot of companies, but does affect you if you have an illness or long term health issue.

The kids are amazing RSW care for the YP Food School on site Qualifications

Cons

Bad managment, Bad seniors, Shift work. Constantly working with agency staff CEO doesn’t listen more money focused If your in the click you will get promoted.
