      really great team management, great colleagues and real sense of community. Fun YouDays and not a stressed environment.

      Cons

      Awful HR team, really draconian policies, HR unwilling to help and try and make your life difficult, although team leaders are great middle management are out of touch and focused on their own careers not their people.
