You will learn a lot if you want to You will have fun doing it if you want to You will make a decent salary relative to the area if you want to (meaning if you did your homework right before negotiations and neither underpriced nor got too greedy) If you’re in a senior role especially, then bonuses are generous and the company is currently hitting its targets for them. An easy commute from the Peninsula.

There are a few egomaniacs and jerks here, (which happens everywhere) Some cliquishness going on 401k could be better There isn’t an easy ladder here. You make your own path. If you need your hands held or have no idea how to build your own career, this place isn’t for you.
