      The owners are great. There are plenty of opportunities if you’re motivated, self-driven, and dedicated. You’re not treated like a number.

      Cons

      Nothing negative to say really...The environment is fast-paced, and you’re expected to be independent rather than guided through every step. This may be challenging for some, but it’s something I appreciate.

      Pros

      Scale-up start up based in Montreal. The team is bilingual. There were good opportunities for mentoring and ownership of software tasks. Work schedule flexibility and team meetings were fun.

      Great place to work at, great communication within the company and VERY good employee conditions Excellent endroit où travailler, excellente communication au sein de l’entreprise et TRÈS bonnes conditions de travail pour les employés.
