Apart from the above mentioned pros, everything else is nothing but blunders. Management is highly unprofessional .. When one floor treats its employees like school kids, the other, college students. Entertainment is at par with the CEOs happiness. When the CEO visits, songs and dances don't take a second bench, but when it comes to payment of salaries, no problem.. "you'll get it tomorrow or day after". Product ideology is not set right but flight tickets of sales personells is booked right, left, and center. The CEO will change the business model, product ideology, and brand message every time he visits. And all the work done pertaining to the previous versions? Discarded. Yes, DISCARDED. Personal development? what's that? Politics is at the top bench here. Employees and culture make a brand and a company, here a particular group of employees make the company itself. The rights and the lefts of higher mgt - they are always safe and secure. Such pathetic management. You ask professionally for a leave, there's no guarantee you'll get it. Work/life balance? what's that? Performance appraisal? That bench never saw sunshine. This place is nothing but a shithole of blunders.
