Bridget here from YCBM. Whilst clearly hard for me to read, I do appreciate the feedback on your experience and certainly take it very seriously. I genuinely only have the very best wishes for those who have moved on from YCBM in the last few years.
Like all SaaS companies, we've had our fair share of challenging technical decisions to tackle - I certainly wouldn't claim we've got every one of those decisions right! But what I can say is that we've always worked incredibly hard to do the right things and to learn whenever there might be a better way. This is how we've evolved as a company, got better at what we do and have the team, structure and processes in place that we're incredibly proud of today.
Clearly in this case, things didn't work out and I'm very sorry for that.
