1. you have two projects and doing it simultaneously 2. I dont like the management in terms of project distribution 3. if you got bench, it will takes time in order for you to have a new project - very risky in terms of stability 4. the HR team is not professional and not approachable 5. there is no exact reason why the employee is selected to be part of the retrenchment 6.
