-No one is there long enough actually to do a good job on a campaign -Oral Healthcare is a better environment to work in than Sterilization and Disinfection -Approval processes take forever and you will be thrown a wild idea from left field by management that ruins the project and timelines that were put in place. -On Mondays, there's a board meeting and the entire company is walking on eggshells because of the owner/CEO/President. (Somehow he's got all these titles and only comes in the office to tell leadership what they're doing wrong)
