Decent pay Nice (at first) Good work/life balance

Cons

HORRIBLE communication Management sucks No training Will absolutely forget about you and then get upset at you for not being in meetings you were never invited to/told about Will expect you to go above and beyond and will get reprimanded if you just only whats asked of you

Developing company so the office is kind of small, but it is in an accessible location and remote work is frequent.

Good energy, easygoing, kind managers.

Cons

Office in Brooklyn in a pretty crowded area, mostly remote but requires going in a few times a month.
