Pros

The only good reason to work for this company is the chill work duties. If you can ignore just about everything else. It's not back-breaking and very repetitive. Robotic and straightforward

Cons

You will be stressed out on the workload "Racheal" expects you to finish within the given time you have. Dispatch support is non-existent and will drown you with stops too far apart routed in the worse possible way. No one is at the driving wheel when it comes to setting up your route. Customers often are not properly screened for scamming the company for specials. Many issues on the field side that rarely are fixed, be ready to be your own superhero. Pay is ok, OT happens by default you will not have time to spend with your family. Dispatch will constantly bug you to clock off while refueling for the following day or question your work hours. For Class A/B hazmat drivers, you are required to be registered with the FMCSA but while driving class C hazmat you will not be able to claim credit for driving that 3/4 ton truck. think about that before you commit with the company. Class A/B companies want to know that you are driving within your class. Also you are required to drive a hazmat truck into parking structures, enclosed buildings, occasionally drive over 12hrs (legal?) to refill clients. advancement is also nonexistent.
