Flexibility. Hybrid work schedule and often a decent environment to work in with the extra things that come along with coming into the office.
Cons
Toxic work culture! NO DIVERSITY! There was no people of color that work in the office. Management that “hears” you but doesn’t take any action. Management that has no accountability and often sweeps things under the rug. No real sense of leadership.
