Team work excellent in branches and local customer service standards outstanding where achievable but this has become more and more difficult due to decisions outside of branch. The level of banking knowledge by the staff I worked with was outstanding and peer training is really good.

Unpaid overtime. Hours had to be worked in addition to those contracted for just to make sure work loads are achieved. No pay or lieu received for this and it has become standard practice in a lot of places

There was not much flexibility to working hours
