You are given opportunities to take on different projects that might improve processes, efficiencies and or reduce cost. The company is quick to pivot.

The systems are out of date, as a result requires a lot of manual steps. None of the departments are adequately staffed, and the work/life balance is almost nonexistent as a result. Everyone wants everything now, which adds to the stress levels.
