Pros

York is the Cadillac in this business, hours available solid long-term relationships with clients, bonus program work until 1PM Fridays.

Cons

Micromanaged approaching extreme is measure time between telephone calls. Tend to be activity minded.

The Cadillac! Thank you. I understand your comments (and those of others) on the subject of micro management. We have made adjustments to accommodate that someone's pace may not as quick as others, and their productivity is also good. Considering that most of our staff have been here for over five years, most of them do not feel they are micro managed. We dial one click at a time. We do not use predictive or power dialing as many call centers do.

-Simple script(s) -Pay is decent for job requirements

Cons

-All your coworkers are smokers. It smelled awful at times in the bathroom due to people throwing their cigarette butts down the vents. -Management is borderline-abusive -If your performance isn't good, expect intimidation tactics to push you in to quitting
