      Pros

      Fast-paced Fintech startup. Great place to make an impact and learn. Our founders believe in a collaborative work environment, where ideas are welcomed and listened to. No hierarchical structure, the business operates on a flat structure.

      Cons

      None that would stop me recommending anyone from joining the business. We're an early-stage startup that has a few teething issues from time to time but we learn, readjust and start again.
