      + Money was good for the season. + Guests were very kind and the kitchen is efficient. + Parking discount + Location

      - Micromanagement - Employees that were friends of management get preferential treatment. - Late because of reasons out of your control? Fired. - You're punished for not picking up extra shifts. - Discriminatory employee banter.
