Pros

20 days paid vacation and holidays. Medical/Dental insurance. Birthday lunches for the whole office.

Cons

They will hire you as a photo editor or a teardown technician and then make you do other jobs that you did not apply for. A photo editor will end up working as a teardown technician, a photographer and an advanced microscope operator and more. A teardown technician will end up working as a photo editor, photographer, an advanced microscope operator and more . You will end up with two or three additional jobs along with what you were originally hired for, and you will get docked because you did not complete the task. One of the photo editor end up working as a digital camera dismantler/photographer/microscope operator and more. If a person is slow to finish their task, you will suffer along because it will push you back. It is all about numbers here. An employee left, and management did not want to hire anyone to take their place but had another employee take over the work along with they current duties. They do not like you taking PTO, but want you to use it for sick days. In one year, the turnover rate was over five employees when the office had less than nine employees.
