Pros

WFH flexibility, knowledgeable and friendly colleagues, good salary.

Cons

- As much as it's said that it's not, the company has become very hierarchical. All decisions come from the top down, usually being half-transparent - If you're not in Sales, you're given less to minimal development opportunities. If you are in Sales, you get tons of training but without a proper plan or follow-up. - There's no coordination between teams, resulting in double work and back and forth. Teams work in silos. - There's no proper performance management; evaluations happen once every 6 months but they're mostly typical as the company has no real goal-setting framework in place. - Management is one of the poorest I've seen in my career. Very one-way communication, usually urging employees to like and comment LinkedIn posts (!) and company updates are very one-sided. Now the company has hired very experienced executives to run the show, the founding team is less and less present - There's no plan, no preparation and no data-based decisions. Everything is now, the direction changes every 3 months and the excuse that 'it's a startup' is a bit old by now.

Used to be flexible (used to)

Cons

Unclear and not honest management, people with no technical/relevant skill get hired and promoted, no company path and structure, no benefits, no bonuses, colleagues will rather burn you down on retro than work as team.

This sort of company is not for everyone, you need to like fast work environment and changes happen
