Salary has been reduced year to year by cutting the bonuses, while the responsibilities grew. After 5 years it appeared that I earn 5k less than I earned in the second year. They'd rather hire an intern for your salary, than give you a raise. Women are considered not worthy of earning as "you have a husband, who's earning, and what we pay you should be enough for lipstick".
