      Nice people Vision and Resource Groups

      Cons

      Company has cycles through too many people including top performers both in the field and in senior and executive leadership that it seems like they can't stick to one plan which adds to the chaos. Four RIFs in less than 2 years including top performing leadership is never a good sign.

      Pros

      The project creation experience was great getting to work along side company personnel from Mckesson, Blankenship, and Cielo. The pay was competitive as well as the work-life balance.

      Cons

      The "full time" conversion never happened, the FLSA Status remained, "contractor", although you still received a W2.
