      good pay, less hassels with payement, simplified process,good clients, no hidden agendas. Tranparent billing, good rapport with clients, repeated opportunities

      Cons

      slow in response,not many clients. Too industry specific and client specific. they don t care after placing. Too little interaction with emplyees and recruiters are not active

      Pros

      The project creation experience was great getting to work along side company personnel from Mckesson, Blankenship, and Cielo. The pay was competitive as well as the work-life balance.

      Cons

      The "full time" conversion never happened, the FLSA Status remained, "contractor", although you still received a W2.
