      Pros

      Good boss... most of the time. Not a micromanager.

      Cons

      Never paid out when you won challenges, etc. Low commission. VMS . Had to deal with horrible account rep because he was a top producer instead of disciplining him. Very little ability to move up

      The recruiter was fantastic. The pay and perks offered by the contacted company were great.

      Pros

      The project creation experience was great getting to work along side company personnel from Mckesson, Blankenship, and Cielo. The pay was competitive as well as the work-life balance.

      Cons

      The "full time" conversion never happened, the FLSA Status remained, "contractor", although you still received a W2.
