      Great benefits, for full Yoh employees

      Cons

      Core values have changed, they no longer care about career development or longevity of employees. Lots of talk but very little action. Hiring in new directors and senior people who do not know the Yoh culture.

      The recruiter was fantastic. The pay and perks offered by the contacted company were great.

      Pros

      The project creation experience was great getting to work along side company personnel from Mckesson, Blankenship, and Cielo. The pay was competitive as well as the work-life balance.

      Cons

      The "full time" conversion never happened, the FLSA Status remained, "contractor", although you still received a W2.
