Pros
PTO is above board. The people in St. Louis are the best staffing has to offer. Senior management has planned paths for growth of key contributors.
Cons
Payroll from back office could use a makeover. Internal systems do not communicate and requires far too much effort to achieve results. Some employees play the email/ pass the buck game leaving upper level management to fix all the problems.
