There are many. Management will tell you what you want to your face but you'll never see it happen. The customers want help you grow versus your own direct leaders. If you do show interest in moving on you are now a black sheep. Regardless of how much time and effort you've given to grow a contract with a customer it doesn't matter in the long run. Employees are not compensated well, so a higher marker for the services can be achieved. Directors will blame everything on the customer verses taking accountability for their own teams and stepping up to the plate to make things better.
