You get to do additional responsibilities given to you by the Group Operations Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager -that by the way is theirs ;) And get called Superstar/Legend. P.s this is the only benefit you will get- it is free! - Join only if you want to be tasked with responsibilities that isn't yours in the first place and will never be credited as yours

- Work with managers that always be delegating tasks to you - Can never make a decision and throws you "then how" and expect you to fly - Biasedness/double-standards is REAL. - Different working hours- the favourites get to get different work timings due to family commitments, some get WFH and goes around saying that they are granted the special rights to - Why is that we have teachers with different rights? Different min. classes across all teachers despite being told that min number of classes is the same across everyone - Hear the same two people who tasked you their work complain all day long about not being appreciated and that the company is a red flag (???)
