      Pros

      Likeable management team and a relaxed working atmosphere. Good company benefits, and a professional attitude are a marked contrast to other US companies I have worked for.

      Cons

      Need a more international outlook, appears to be an assumption that aggregation will be the same proposition in all geographies, which is clearly not the case in UK & continental europe.

      Pros

      -Everyone I have talked to was extremely nice -I enjoyed the products I worked on -Teams are generally helpful if you can get ahold of them -It seems like they are trying to move the company in the right directions

      Cons

      -Priorities change pretty often to where dev effort can be wasted -It can be hard to find the right person for the right question, and even then you don't always get a response
