Pros

Open communication from a couple of executives such as CEO and CFO

Cons

1. Full of politics, engineering management, those senior directors are root causes of the problems accumulated in the last 2 years, and are now counted on to solve those problems. What an irony?! Good luck to Yodlee. 2. It is also very ironical the engineering management in charge has never been an engineer, what the heck? You think technical leaders can not take care of quality of products and can not manage projects and deliver, while only you can do? Since you don't know anything of technology, most of what you can do is to play politics and attack those good technical leaders and try to kill them, and get people like you to the management and form the secret party and conspiracy. Good luck and you need that ... 2. It is interesting more and more hands-on strong people left, and the remaining are mostly who are "proud" of communication skills and can "coordinate", can "lead", can manipulate politics, but can not solve very simple problems in technical or product. 3. The company can not be profitable, those dreams such as IPO are permanently gone. 4. HR is used to do bad things to the people, there is no HR policy to fairly treat employees. 5. The culture is very rude, totally disrespectful to the employees.

Pros

-Everyone I have talked to was extremely nice -I enjoyed the products I worked on -Teams are generally helpful if you can get ahold of them -It seems like they are trying to move the company in the right directions

Cons

-Priorities change pretty often to where dev effort can be wasted -It can be hard to find the right person for the right question, and even then you don't always get a response
