-CEO encourages entrepreneurial spirit: Some bosses from on workers being focussed on starting their own thing but he actually encouraged us and gave great pointers. -Location: The office sits atop the Plaza Shopping Centre: easy to get to, great view of the sea and SO convenient for lunch and general shopping. -Pet friendly -Nerfageddon: the first thing you see when visit the office is Nerf bullets everywhere. When I started full time they bought me my own gun :). It was great.

-See above: Office can get a little raucous some days with Nerf and dogs so you may need to wear headphones. -Can be hard to find free parking in the morning

Dogs, food, tools and the company events

Basically, you don't have voice. You are just a number, a machine, just do what asked for, without asking anything back. Lack of everything, processes, transparency, you do the same thing twice or three times because they don't plan properly. The CEO doesn't have any experience to have a company. He do one thing and say another, being disrespectful with his customers and employees, on the edge of being unethical at all. A lot of finger pointing on company's channel, so, I really do not recommend it to anyone.
