      Nothing. If you want to babysit kids, then you can surely join

      Cons

      - Salary is never on time - They hired me as a product developer, and after I joined, they told me to teach kids - I pay some amount for their shipment, but they never give the reimbursement. - If you want to grow, then you should never join this company

      Management (OPS) plays favorites, doesn’t have empathy towards their employees and lacks tact. Very decisive.
