Pros
- Remote options for most positions - Flexible working hours + unlimited PTO - Lots of professional development opportunities - It really seems that management wants to promote everyone who earns it - Great virtual and in-person programming - Great benefits + perks - The work is challenging - Friday All-Hands meetings are engaging - Enough structure so the work is well-divided, but not too much that way you can step outside of your silo and help with other things, propose new ideas, etc. - Company-wide recognition when you do something impactful - Values are brought up daily - Overall, people enjoy working here
Cons
Not really a con for me personally, but if you are looking for a standard 9-5, this might not be the place for you. The hours aren't crazy, but sometimes taking ownership of a project or task might mean that you have to be flexible so that the work gets done, because the company's expectations are high.
