Benefits: standart benefits (plus bonus if achived KPI for each month) but the kpi keep changing during a month, so the potential to achieved will be 50-50. the workload not really hetic or fast paced. get a potential to moved to other department so i can get many knowledge about other department works. looking for work life balance can find here
Cons
the strict company regulation create the envinrontment for working more like robots. to many walls which imposible for us to growth our career or express our opinion or open for discussing. To much politic office involved to get promotion in this company
