Pros
The company is in the city centre so it can be reached easily. It has an attractive website which seems suggesting that a few high profile British people are working here, but actually they are not.
Cons
The director and manager of the firm is a rude and poor-educated man who can barely speak English. He always broke his promise for the level of the salary and the bonus. It was also hard for the employees to fight back as this man doesn't write things down and keep everything oral. He operates the firm in an illegal way in terms of tax, and many other aspects. The company has experienced a high staff turnover rate. The manager exploits the trainees for their low level pay. The only three people that have worked long in the company is the director himself, his wife (Lucy) and his long term friend (Perry).
