The CEO and upper management are idiots. They pivot the product every two seconds, without any clear reasoning/predictability. Most of their 'pivots' lead to nothing in terms of growth or revenue. The company rewards having more managers vs actual contributors, unless you are in management you won't get fairly compensated.
